Bastion of Light is a Templar Class Mastery passive in The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) that unlocks a new passive healing buff when you use certain Templar abilities.
Bastion of Light
Light consecrates the ground on which you tread.
Effect
Sacred Ground is now applied while you are in your own Nova and Spear Shards, and while Radial Sweep and Solar Barrage are active. While Sacred Ground is active, you heal for 2096 Health every 1 second. If you are at full Health after being healed from this effect while in combat, you also gain 2 Ultimate.

How to Unlock Class Mastery Passives
To unlock Class Mastery Passives in ESO you must reach level 50 in all 3 of your class skill lines AND you cannot subclass. This will unlock two Class Mastery skill points, which allow you to select up to two Class Mastery Passives.
