Create 3 illusory duplicates of yourself to distract attackers. Each duplicate increases your Armour Class by 3.
Whenever you successfully evade an attack, one of the duplicates disappears.
Cost: Action + Level 2 spell slot
Range: Self
Requires: Concentration
Higher Levels: Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Mirror Image
- Duration: 10 turns
- The mirror image distracts attackers, increasing the spellcaster’s Armour Class by 3 per duplicate image. When the caster successfully evades an attack, one of the images disappears.
How to learn Mirror Image
The following classes can learn the Mirror Image spell in Baldur’s Gate 3:
- Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard, Trickery Domain Cleric, and Circle of the Land Druid at Level 3.
- Arcane Trickster Rogue at Level 7.
- Eldritch Knight Fighter at Level 8.
Additionally, any class can unlock a free cast of the Mirror Image spell by equipping the Shelter of Athkatla.
