Best Stamina Necromancer Leveling Sets
First, Spriggan’s Thorns is one of the best beginner sets in the game for Stamina builds as it helps increase Offensive Penetration and Maximum Stamina to bring your build more damage with every ability.
The next set I recommend is Venomous Smite – another extremely useful early game set in The Elder Scrolls Online, increasing your Critical Chance, Damage and providing a unique poison AOE effect that synergizes well with the Stamina Necromancer playstyle.
For the final two pieces of gear on this build Armor Of The Trainee is recommended for the extra Health and Magicka.

Alternate Stamina Necromancer Leveling Sets
The Briarheart set is another powerful option for beginners in ESO offering lots of Critical Chance and bonus damage, though it is quite popular so it can cost more to purchase from traders.
Another nice option to increase your speed and damage on the Stamina Necromancer is the Gryphon’s Ferocity set, which provides both Minor Force for bonus critical damange and Minor Expedition for bonus speed!
Remember that your armor pieces can go into any gear slot, meaning you only need to use 10 slots total for this build. I recommend using the Level Up Rewards weapons (Prophet’s Staff) to make up the remaining 2 open gear slots.

Most of our skills cost Stamina to cast, so putting all Attribute Points into the Stamina stat will be the most effective.
0 Magicka
0 Health
64 Stamina
Stamina Necromancer Leveling Build Race
Orc will be the best option for this build as they have good Weapon and Spell Damage as well as Stamina and Health to improve our sustain and survival. Khajiit is another solid option for players looking for a bit of extra recovery plus Critical Damage which synergizes well with Necromancer passives. Stamina Necromancer Leveling Build Mundus Stone
The best Mundus Stone for leveling in the Elder Scrolls Online is the Lover Mundus because this increases your Offensive Penetration, allowing all of your skills to do more damage. Offensive Penetration can usually only be obtained through Light Armor Passives and rarely on gear sets, so boosting this stat early through your Mundus Stone will make the biggest impact, helping you kill enemies faster and thus level up faster! Review our complete Mundus Stone guide for more information.

Stamina Necromancer Leveling Build Food/Drink Buff
Dubious Cameron Throne is the best food or drink buff available when leveling up a Stamina build in ESO because it provides Maximum Stamina which boosts your Damage, Stamina Recovery which helps you sustain your skills and Maximum Health which improves your survivability. This drink scales with your level and can be crafted or purchased from Guild Traders.

Dubious Camoran Throne
Increase Stamina Recovery by 315, Max Stamina by 2856 and Max Health by 3094 for 2 hours.
These effects are scaled based on your level.
A dessert cocktail of jagga, rotmeth, and sweetbread puree. Definitely Green Pact compliant.
Stamina Necromancer Leveling Build Potions
Basic Stamina Potions are fine for leveling up as a Stamina build in ESO. Keep these on hand to restore your Stamina and increase your Stamina recovery when running low on resources.
