DRAUGR KIN is a Solo Magicka Necromancer One Bar build for ESO that can easily solo most content in the game while also being a valuable addition to any group. Summoned Skeletons and Ice Magic will put a fearsome chill into your enemies!
Primary Sets
First, the Sergeant’s Mail set is undoubtedly the strongest Heavy Attack set in the game in terms of raw damage output. Keep in mind though that this effect has a stacking mechanic and you must maintain all 4 stacks in order to receive the highest damage.
We’ve combined this with another Heavy Attack set, Noble Duelist, which buffs all of our Heavy Attacks by a Massive amount and is easy to maintain while in melee range.
The Oakensoul Ring is the new go to Mythic Item that packs a punch for one bar builds, delivering many powerful Major and Minor buffs, and in this case the Heavy Attack buff “Empower.”
Finally, a one piece Monster Set is perfect for adding some extra stats to this build. A great option is Slimecraw for the additional Critical Chance.
Sergeant’s Mail

Alternative Sets
Either heavy attack set can be easily replaced on this build. The Draugrkin’s Grip set is a solid option which provides a great damage synergy with our DOT abilities, giving a notable boost to our overall damage. The Storm Master set is another powerful Heavy Attack set option if your build has a high Critical Chance stat, as you must deliver a Critical Strike to maintain this buff.

One Bar Rotation
Pop your potion and buff with Spirit Guardian/Skeletal Archer. Then Cast Stalking Blastbones -> Unnerving Boneyard -> Detonating Siphon -> use Ruinous Scythe to proc Off Balance -> Heavy Attack
Continue to recast your DOTs as they expire between Heavy Attack casts. Use Blastbones any time a DOT does not need to be recast.
