The BLOODMANCER Build is a Solo Magicka Necromancer build that is nearly unkillable! Our combination of Vampire and Necromancer abilities provide great Damage Reduction, Healing and AOE Damage all within the Vampire theme for ESO.
Primary Sets
The focus of this Unkillable Solo Necromancer build is on maintaining as much Magicka sustain as possible while in Mistform. There are several ways we can do this, but the best tends to be from sets that can give us a unique magicka boosting proc since Magicka cannot regenerate on it’s own during Mistform.
First, Mother’s Sorrow provides great damage for this build thanks to its insanely high critical stat boosts. On a vampire build this is great because it maximizes our damage and healing at the same time. This set is also extremely easy to get on your own or purchase from Guild Vendors.
Hollowfang Thirst is important to this build because the magicka it provides can sustain your character, even while in Mistform where normal magicka recovery does not work. This set provides a big boost to our Magicka pool every 9 seconds.
Iceheart is a great defensive choice for our Monster Set, helping us survive even longer especially when not using Mist Form, and also adding some nice additional Frost Damage and Spell Critical.
Finally, this build uses Wall Of Elements on the backbar which means the Crushing Wall set (Maelstrom Arena Destruction Staff) can be used for even more passive, free damage.

(5 items) Whenever you critically heal or critically damage a target, spawn a ball of Hemoglobin at their location. After 2 seconds the ball explodes, restoring 1750 Magicka and applying Minor Vitality to you and your group members within 6 meters of the ball for 9 seconds, increasing their healing received by 8%. This effect can occur once every 9 seconds.
Iceheart

(1 item) Adds 657 Critical Chance
(2 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you have a 20% chance to gain a damage shield that absorbs 5000 damage for 6 seconds. While the damage shield holds, you deal 500 Frost Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of you every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
Alternative Sets
Hollowfang Thirst can be difficult to get and requires access to the Scalebreaker DLC, which means not everyone will be able to obtain it. Another great alternative from the base game that has a similar kind of magicka restoring effect is Magicka Furnace from Direfrost Keep.

Race
High Elf is great for this build thanks to the extra spell damage and damage done while channeling abilities. Breton will also be very helpful to deal with the Vampire skill cost increases.
