This EASY Magicka Warden PVE DPS build utilizes the Bear Pet as well as Frost Reach and other Animal Companions to maximize Damage! Now updated for the Scribes Of Fate DLC!
Primary Sets
Our primary damage set on this build is Perfected Arms Of Relequen. This is a Trials set that can be obtained from Cloudrest and provides plenty of extra damage as long as you can maintain your light attacks consistently.
The second set, Pillar Of Nirn is an amazing proc set that offers very high damage with an easy-to-maintain proc condition and fairly long duration.
The recommended Monster Set for this build to increase our total DPS will be Zaan.
And finally, to fit the Ice Mage theme of this build the Master’s Perfected Ice Staff is recommended to maximize our total Damage stats.
Perfected Arms Of Relequen

(3 items) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.
(4 items) Adds 657 Critical Chance
(5 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina, Your Light and Heavy attacks apply a stack of harmful winds to your target for 5 seconds. Harmful winds deal 52 Physical Damage per stack every 1 second. This effect can stack once every half second, up to 10 times and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

(4 items) Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
(5 items) When you deal damage, you create a fissure underneath the enemy after 1 second, dealing 623 Bleed Damage to all enemies within 2.5 meters and causing them to bleed for an additional 3132 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

(2 items) When you damage a nearby enemy with a Light or Heavy Attack, you have a 33% chance to create a beam of fire that will connect you to your enemy. The beam deals 2010 Flame Damage every 1 second to your enemy for 6 seconds. Every second, this damage increases by 100%. The beam is broken if the enemy moves 8 meters away from you. This effect can occur every 18 seconds.
Perfected Destructive Impact (Master’s Destruction Staff)

(2 items) Adds 103 Weapon and Spell Damage, Reduces the cost of Destructive Touch by 10% and increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 600 for 4 seconds after activating it.
