Arcanist Class Overview

The Arcanist Class is an extremely powerful way to play in The Elder Scrolls Online. Arcanists have many similarities with other classes in ESO such as dedicated Class Skill lines for DPS, for Healing, and for Tanking. Best Stamina Arcanist One Bar Sets

First, the Deadly Strike set is one of the strongest Arcanist sets you can use in the game if you intend to make use of the Arcanist’s channeled Beam attack as this set buffs all channels and DOTs by 15 percent!

We’ve combined this with another strong damage-focused set that is easily craftable in Tide-Born Wildstalker!

The Oakensoul Ring is the go-to Mythic Item for One Bar Builds and packs a punch, delivering many powerful Major and Minor buffs.

Finally, a one-piece Monster Set is perfect for adding some extra stats to this build. A great option is Slimecraw for the additional Critical Chance.

If you’d like a bit more protection for Solo Content you can always use a more defensive set like Hexos Ward. Other offensive sets like Briarheart will also be a solid replacement for Order’s Wrath.

Khajiit is my favorite race for this build due to their increased Critical Damage and Resource Pools! Other damage-focused races like High Elf, Dark Elf, and even Orc will work.

Best Stamina Arcanist One Bar Mundus Stone

The Thief Mundus Stone is best for the One Bar Stamina Arcanist build because it increases your Critical Chance, allowing you to deal more damage and even heal more effectively. This is one of the best Mundus Stones for Solo Content.

Increases the Critical Strike rating by 1333

With 7 Divines armor pieces
Increases the Critical Strike rating by 2167

Where To Get The Thief Mundus in ESO

Stamina Arcanist One Bar Food/Drink Buffs

The best food or drink buff for the Solo Stamina Arcanist is Artaeum Takeaway Broth, which boosts all of our most important stats including Stamina for damage, Stamina Recovery for sustain, and Max Health and Health Recovery for increased survival.

If you wish to save some gold, then Dubious Camoran Throne is nearly as good of an option, just without the Health Recovery bonus, and it will be much cheaper to purchase on Guild Traders.

Artaeum Takeaway Broth

Increase Max Health by 3326 and Health Recovery by 406 and Max Stamina by 3080 and Stamina Recovery by 338 for 2 hours.

These effects are scaled based on your level.

Dubious Camoran Throne

Increase Stamina Recovery by 315, Max Stamina by 2856 and Max Health by 3094 for 2 hours.

These effects are scaled based on your level.

A dessert cocktail of jagga, rotmeth, and sweetbread puree. Definitely Green Pact compliant.

Stamina Arcanist One Bar Potions

Basic Stamina Potions are fine for the Solo One Bar Arcanist for most solo content, as we get our most important buffs from the Oakensoul Ring Mythic. However, Tri Stat Potions are the best option for more challenging content such as Veteran Arenas and Dungeons because these also restore Magicka and Health, helping sustain your Magic skills or help with survival.

Best Subclassing One Bar Arcanist Skill Lines

This build uses Subclassing for maximum effectiveness. The recommended skill lines for this build are:

Arcanist Herald Of The Tome – this is your primary skill line, perfect for solo content, as it provides damage, a strong damage shield, healing and sustain!
Nightblade Assassination – we use this mostly for the increased Critical Chance and Critical Damage via passives. You only need to slot one skill from Assassination to make use of its passives.
Warden Animal Companions – this is an amazing solo skill line in ESO, giving you access to powerful debuffs including Major Breach, Minor Breach and Minor Vulnerabilty.

One Bar Stamina Arcanist Skills Explanation

Cephaliarch’s Flail: your main Crux Builder skill that also heals you, debuffs enemies and roots them in place – amazing skill!
Pragmatic Fatecarver: huge AOE damage beam that also creates a damage shield, helping to improve your survival in solo content.
Evolving Runemend: quick burst heal which can also generate Crux.
Deep Fissure: use this skill to debuff enemies with both Major Breach and Minor Breach for a huge armor reduction!
Relentless Focus: mainly used to unlock powerful Nightblade Assassination passives, but can be cast for a powerful burst damage skill and burst heal.
Recuperative Treatise: unique Arcanist buff which generates one Crux if you have none.
Impervious Runeward: Huge damage shield skill which can be used to absorb big boss heavy attacks.
ULT: The Languid Eye: this is your main damage dealing ultimate.

Solo One Bar Arcanist Rotation

Buff yourself with Recuperative Treatise. This generates one Crux as soon as you burn all three of your Crux stacks. Next cast Deep Fissure to debuff enemy armor, followed by two casts of Cephaliarch’s Flail to generate 2 more Crux, bringing your total to 3. Now use Pragmatic Fatecarver to burn everything in front of you!

Notes:

Make sure to light attack in between abilities as this can build up stacks of Relentless Focus, which you can then cast at 4 stacks for a huge damage burst.

Stamina Arcanist Class Mastery

Players that reach level 50 in ESO while also fully reaching Rank 50 for their class skill lines and not subclassing can use 2 Class Mastery passives to improve their build. For the Arcanist class I recommend Abyssal Emergence for an immediate boost to max Crux plus 666 bonus Weapon and Spell Damage when you cast an Arcanist Ultimate as well as Unbound Potential which increases your damage done by 30%.

Dive deep into the abyss where power is yours to claim.

Effect

Activating an Arcanist Ultimate immediately generates maximum Crux and grants you 666 Weapon and Spell Damage for 15 seconds.

Unbound Potential

Surpass your limits in the fieldwork of battle.

Effect

Upgrades rank 2 of Fated Fortune to also increase your damage done by 30%, halving against players, for the duration.
