The CRUX CANNON Build is a POWERFUL Stamina Arcanist Build you can play in ESO for both Solo and Group Content! With a flexible and EASY One Bar Rotation and No Trials Gear needed this is the ultimate starter build for the Arcanist Class!
Arcanist Class Overview
The Arcanist Class is an extremely powerful way to play in The Elder Scrolls Online. Arcanists have many similarities with other classes in ESO such as dedicated Class Skill lines for DPS, for Healing, and for Tanking. Primary Sets
First, the Deadly Strike set is one of the strongest Arcanist sets you can use in the game if you intend to make use of the Arcanist’s channeled Beam attack as this set buffs all channels and DOTs by 15 percent!
We’ve combined this with another damage-focused set that is easily craftable in Order’s Wrath.
The Oakensoul Ring is the go-to Mythic Item for One Bar Builds and packs a punch, delivering many powerful Major and Minor buffs.
Finally, a one-piece Monster Set is perfect for adding some extra stats to this build. A great option is Slimecraw for the additional Critical Chance.

Alternative Sets
If you’d like a bit more protection for Solo Content you can always use a more defensive set like Hexos Ward. Other offensive sets like Briarheart will also be a solid replacement for Order’s Wrath.

(5 items) Dealing direct Critical Damage grants you a damage shield that absorbs up to 12305 damage for 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds.
Briarheart

(5 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you increase your Weapon and Spell Damage by 450 for 10 seconds. While this effect is active your Critical Strikes heal you for 100 Health. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds and the heal scales off the higher of your Maximum Magicka or Stamina.

Khajiit is my favorite race for this build due to their increased Critical Damage and Resource Pools! Other damage-focused races like High Elf, Dark Elf, and even Orc will work.

With 7 Divines armor pieces
Increases the Critical Strike rating by 2167
Food/Drink Buffs
Artaeum Takeaway Broth
Increase Max Health by 3326 and Health Recovery by 406 and Max Stamina by 3080 and Stamina Recovery by 338 for 2 hours.
These effects are scaled based on your level.
Dubious Camoran Throne
Increase Stamina Recovery by 315, Max Stamina by 2856 and Max Health by 3094 for 2 hours.
These effects are scaled based on your level.
A dessert cocktail of jagga, rotmeth, and sweetbread puree. Definitely Green Pact compliant.

Solo Rotation
Buff yourself with Recuperative Treatise. This generates one Crux as soon as you burn all three of your Crux stacks. Next cast Cephaliarch’s Flail and/or Evolving Runemend to generate 2 more Crux, bringing your total to 3. Now use Pragmatic Fatecarver to burn everything in front of you!
Use Impervious Runeward after casting Pragmatic Fatecarver for another shield while you begin to build your Crux back up. Cast your Ultimate when ready.
Group Rotation
Buff yourself with Recuperative Treatise to generate one Crux. Next cast Cephaliarc’s Flail and Escalating Runeblades to generate 2 more Crux, bringing your total to 3. Now use Pragmatic Fatecarver. Rinse and repeat.
Use Rune Of Colorless Pool on bosses for the additional damage or use it to stun more dangerous targets (casters and archers especially). Cast your Ultimate when ready.
