Hybrid Nightblade Sword And Shield Build
The BLOOD KNIGHT is a POWERFUL Solo Build for the Nightblade class that uses the One Hand And Shield skill line in combination with the Nightblade’s Shadow and Blood Magic skills for a truly amazing combo.
Primary Sets
Knight-Errant’s Mail is our main damage set and healing set on this build, providing a powerful buff to our main damage skill, Power Slam, as well as a nice supplemental heal any time we do damage with it.
New Moon Acolyte is another extremely powerful damage set for all builds, adding even more Critical Chance, Offensive Penetration and Weapon Damage. The 5% cost increase is also very sustainable.
The Magma Incarnate Monster Set is an amazing option for all builds in ESO as this provides lots of recovery, Weapon and Spell Damage as well as Armor.
Of course the Thunderous Volley set is another great option to add greater DPS while utilizing the Volley skill on the back up skill bar.

Rotation
Buff with Relentless Focus and your potion then Debuff any boss with Piercing Mark and cast Leeching Strikes Then cast:
Endless Hail -> Refreshing Path -> Bar Swap
Ambush -> Swallow Soul -> Power Slam x4 -> Bar Swap
Notes
You MUST light attack between each ability in order to charge up the Bow Proc from Relentless Focus. Make sure to cast Incapacitating Strike first before any offensive abilities on your front bar if it is ready.
When the enemy enters Execute Range (less than 25% Health) switch to spamming Killer’s Blade instead of Power Slam.

Companions
If you like playing Solo, this build can benefit greatly from using Companions! This Solo build will benefit the most from the additional healing and buff options a healer-focused Companion can offer, so if you are going to use a Companion I would suggest a full healer build for them. I recommend Mirri Elendis for Companion on this build with the setup below. More information on Companions Builds and Skills can be found in our detailed Companion Guides section.
