Best One Bar Sorcerer Sets
Our main damage set on this build is Tide-Born Wildstalker, a powerful crafted set that boosts all of our direct damage versus monsters. Since this is crafted, you can create any weapon or armor combination that you want, though I recommend Two Hander for access to a powerful shield skill called Brawler
We’ve combined this with another damage oriented set that is also craftable called Order’s Wrath. This set focuses on Critical Chance and Critical Damage which will also help to greatly increase your DPS.
The Oakensoul Ring is the go-to Mythic Item that packs a punch for one bar builds, delivering many powerful Major and Minor buffs and ensuring that you have a simple one bar rotation with no bar swapping required!
Finally, any Monster Set can be used to make up the final slot on this build but I recommend using one piece of Slimecraw for some additional Critical Chance. This is one of the easiest Monster Sets in the game, obtainable from the Wayrest Sewers basegame dungeon.

One Bar Sorcerer Alternate Sets
Other damage-focused sets can be used for this build such as Briarheart which increases your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage, plus provides passive healing.
Aegis Caller is another great all around damage set that has a very strong proc bonus, on par even with some Trial sets. This set summons an Air Atronach to fight for you also, making it fit in nicely with the Stamina Sorcerer theme.
You can also upgrade the damage potential by using a Trial set such as Arms Of Relequen.
Briarheart

(5 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you increase your Weapon and Spell Damage by 450 for 10 seconds. While this effect is active your Critical Strikes heal you for 100 Health. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds and the heal scales off the higher of your Maximum Magicka or Stamina.

(5 items) Your Light and Heavy attacks apply a stack of harmful winds to your target for 5 seconds. Harmful winds deal 52 Physical Damage per stack every 1 second. This effect can stack once every half second, up to 10 times and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

One Bar Stamina Sorcerer Attributes
The best attribute for a Stamina Sorcerer is Stamina because it allows you to cast more Stamina abilities before running out of resources. Additionally, increased stamina can increase the size of a damage and healing spells. It’s best to pick one attribute pool and “stack” for optimal damage and resource sustain. Therefore, I recommend 64 stamina, 0 health, and 0 magicka.

Best Stamina Sorcerer Race

One Bar Stamina Sorcerer Mundus Stone
The best Mundus Stone for a Stamina Sorcerer One Bar build is the Thief, which increases your Critical Chance. This will help you proc Critical Surge more often for passive healing, plus more Critical Strike chance means your attacks consistently do more damage, increasing your DPS.

One Bar Stamina Sorcerer Food/Drink Buff
The best food/drink option for the Stamina Sorcerer is Artaeum Takeaway Broth, which is perfect for solo or group content on this build. This increases your Max Stamina and Stamina Recovery for increased damage and sustain, while also increasing Max Health and Health Recovery for better survival.
A cheaper option would be to use Dubious Camoran Throne, which has all of the same buffs except for Health Recovery but typically for a much lower price.
Artaeum Takeaway Broth
Increase Max Health by 3326 and Health Recovery by 406 and Max Stamina by 3080 and Stamina Recovery by 338 for 2 hours.
These effects are scaled based on your level.
Dubious Camoran Throne
Increase Stamina Recovery by 315, Max Stamina by 2856 and Max Health by 3094 for 2 hours.
These effects are scaled based on your level.
A dessert cocktail of jagga, rotmeth, and sweetbread puree. Definitely Green Pact compliant.
One Bar Stamina Sorcerer Potions
The best potions for this Stamina Sorcerer build are Tri-Stat Recovery Potions which give you back Health, Magicka and Stamina plus increase your Heatlh Recovery, Magicka Recovery, and Stamina Recovery. These give you the ideal mix of sustain and also survival and will be best for challenging content like dungeons and arenas.
For easier content such as Overland Zones or questing, feel free to use Basic Stamina Potions as you can usually get these for free as drops from enemies and will provide sustain for your main resource on this build which is Stamina.

One Bar Stamina Sorcerer Skills Explanation
- Bound Armaments – use this skill to fire off up to 4 summoned daggers at a time. Requires light attacks in between abilities to build stacks.
- Brawler – this is a great Damage Shield skill which will be extremely useful when playing solo content.
- Crystal Fragments – uses Magicka to randomly summon a Crystal Fragment to deal bonus damage.
- Unnerving Boneyard – this skill is preferrable for Solo Content when you get a great benefit from debuffing enemies with Major Breach to decrease their armor, causing them to take more damage.
- Wrecking Blow – this is your main DPS spammable skill which also grants Major Berserk, greatly increasing overall damage of all abilities.
- Critical Surge – use this as your main passive heal which keeps you alive consistently when dealing Critical Damage.
- ULT: Greater Storm Atronach – this is the best Ultimate option for Sorcerers, which deals strong AOE and Single target damage, stuns enemies in the area, and grants your group a powerful synergy.
- ULT: Glacial Colossus – you can use if subclassing the Necromancer for a big burst of damage, AOE Stun, plus a great debuff in Major Vulnerability.
One Bar Stamina Sorcerer Rotation
Start by buffing yourself with Critical Surge for passive healing. Then just alternate ligh attacks with Wrecking Blow for damage, and weave in either Bound Armaments or Crystal Fragments (if using) when their proc is ready. Brawler should be reserved for facing off against multiple enemies and only cast for the Damage Shield, not for damage.

Stamina Sorcerer Class Mastery
Players that reach level 50 in ESO while also fully reaching Rank 50 for their class skill lines and not subclassing can use 2 Class Mastery passives to improve their build. For the Sorcerer class I recommend Font of Power which increases your Weapon and Spell Damage based on the higher of your Max Magicka or Stamina and Static Reverberation which gives you a chance to deal additional shock damage.

Effect
Upgrades rank 2 of Exploitation to work with any Sorcerer ability and increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 16% for 10 seconds. The Weapon and Spell Damage increases by 1% for every 1750 Max Magicka or Stamina you have, whichever is higher.
Static Reverberation
The battlefield crackles with untapped potential. Make use of it.
Effect
When you deal damage, you have a 5% chance to deal 747 Shock Damage, up to once every 0.3 seconds.
The chance increases by 1% for every 1% missing Health the target has. The chance is divided by 1 plus every permanent pet you have active.
