Oracle’s Everblue Location
You can only get the Oracle’s Everblue staff by looting gold chests within Shroud Lairs. It will appear randomly, so you may have to wait for chests to respawn. Furthermore, after the Wake of Water update, chests now take longer to respawn, so we recommend you loot all nearby chests and mark them on your map, then return a few hours later.
