Rising Fighter Armor Set Source
The Rising Fighter set pieces are crafted at the Blacksmith. The crafting recipes require retrieving the Blacksmith during the Quest “Find The Sleeping Survivor”. Additionally, you will also need to obtain Metal Scraps, Charcoal, and the Forge crafting equipment for the first time to unlock.
