The Vesztah’s Mace is found randomly by looting gold chests in the Veilwater Basin region. You cannot craft end game weapons. Keep in mind that since Update 7, chests now take longer to respawn. We recommend you loot all nearby chests and mark them on your map, then return a few hours later.
