Fallout 4 Cryolator Location
- The Cryolator is found in Vault 111, which is right where the game begins. However, it is locked behind a Master level lock. This means that you will likely have to wait and come back to Vault 111 later on. However, on some platforms/versions, you can command Dogmeat to fetch items near the case. This might cause him to retrieve the Cryolator through the glass, but it’s also possible that this hack has been fixed with a patch.
Cryolator Recommended Builds
- Because of the low damage output, the Cryolator is not typically a best-in-slot weapon for builds. However, it can be useful with any build in situations where you are being attacked by multiple enemies at once. Freeze them with the Cryolator and then switch out for another weapon for stronger damage.
