- You can find Kellogg’s Pistol on the body of a man named Conrad Kellogg at Fort Hagen. To access this location you will need to play through the main quests until you reach the sixth one called ‘Reunions.’ This quest will send you to track down Kellogg and all you need to do is follow the quest markers and instructions. When Kellogg is dead, you can then loot the pistol off his body.
