- You can find Kremvh’s Tooth at the bottom of Dunwich Borers, which is a quarry southwest of Salem. It’s hidden down an underwater shaft. Look inside a little tunnel before the bottom of the shaft. The weapon is flanked by two mini nukes and two glowing mushrooms on top of an altar.
