- Proctor Teagan aboard the Prydwen.
- Raider boss Ack-Ack, located in the basement of USAF Satellite Station Olivia will drop a minigun.
- Fist, the leader of the Trinity Tower super mutants will drop a minigun.
- Super mutant Big Mack at the Wilson Atomatoys factory will drop a minigun.
- A random super mutant in Trinity Church will have a minigun.
- Two miniguns can be found on Gunners in HalluciGen, Inc.
- During the quest When Freedom Calls, reach the roof of building. Inside a crashed Vertibird is a minigun.
