Where to get the Spectrum Dance Saber
The Spectrum Dance Sabre can be purchased (or stolen) from Fionna F. Walker, the elite Sub Rosa trading card collector and owner of Card-Collector’s Curios. Her “shop” is located in one of the back rooms of the 2nd Choice Saloon. There are multiple ways of obtaining this unique melee weapon, but the most straight-forward option is by purchasing it for 15,000 bits after completing Fionna’s quest to retrieve collectible cards.

How To Steal the Spectrum Dance Saber
It’s worth noting that you can steal the Spectrum Dance Saber as soon as you land on the Free Market Station, without collecting any cards! To do this, simply steal the storage room key from Fionna, break in to the storage room, and take the Spectrum Dance Saber off its display – that’s it! Note that the Pickpocket perk as well as some form of invisibility like the Ptero-Bane helmet are likely required for this method, but it’s much cheaper!
