For subscribers of Xbox Game Pass, this meant immediate access to Starfield as part of their subscription package. Premium Upgrade Option
While a Starfield demo may not be in the cards, players who have an active Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription can take advantage of an alternative option. Bethesda offered a Premium Upgrade for Starfield, priced at $34.99, which could only be purchased through the Xbox Store.
By acquiring the Premium Upgrade, players gained access to all the bonuses included in the Premium Edition of the game. While the window for early access to Starfield may have passed, those who purchase the upgrade can enjoy premium content and the full features of the base game.
It’s important to note that if you decide to cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription, you will temporarily lose access to the Premium content. However, you can regain access by re-subscribing to Game Pass.
