Star Wars Zero Company Patch Notes Overview (Patch 1.1)
Star Wars Zero Company’s first post-launch patch, Update 1.1, arrived September 9, 2026 across all platforms. It contains over 60 individual fixes covering performance and stability, combat mechanics, Beskar mode, cinematics, customization, strategy layer interactions, and UI presentation. There is no balance pass in this update: no ability costs, damage values, or caps were changed. What changed is that several systems now behave the way their numbers already claimed, which in practice is more significant than a tuning pass for many players.
Quick Summary: Update 1.1 fixes the 100% chance-to-hit bug, Beskar save deletion and crash issues, Tel-Rea Force attack damage calculation errors, Ion Blaster critical damage doubling, DC-17m Anti-Armor shot crit and damage bonus failures, A Life of Labor Talent infinite stacking, and multiple Overwatch misfires. No abilities or weapons were rebalanced.

Note For PC Players
If you are playing STAR WARS Zero Company on an NVIDIA GTX 10-series or RTX 20-series graphics cards that meet Minimum Specification, adjusting a specific video setting can help improve your overall framerates.
These graphics architectures can encounter additional rendering overhead when processing complex environmental detail.
Optimization Steps:
- Open Options and select Graphics.
- Find the Environment Geometry Detail option.
- Switch Environment Geometry Detail to Off.
Disabling this setting lowers geometry processing overhead, which can assist in stabilizing and improving framerates on these GPU configurations.

Most Important Fixes in Update 1.1
Before the full patch notes, here are the fixes that will noticeably change how the game plays for most players.
The 100% chance-to-hit bug was the most widely discussed launch issue and the fix most likely to change how combat reads in practice. Shots displayed at 100% were being recalculated lower when the shot resolved, meaning guaranteed attacks could miss. It is now fixed.
Beskar saves were temporarily deleted after certain sessions, and a separate crash existed specific to Beskar mode. Both are fixed. Beskar is Zero Company’s no-save-reload permadeath mode, and data loss of any kind in that mode is as punishing as it gets.
Tel-Rea Vokoss’s Force attacks had three separate calculation errors. They displayed incorrect damage values in the UI when bonuses applied, applied the Ranged Damage Cross Training bonus twice rather than once, and did not correctly add Critical Damage bonuses. All three are fixed, meaning Tel-Rea’s damage output was lower than intended and her UI was misrepresenting it simultaneously.
Ion Blasters doubled their Critical Damage incorrectly. This is now fixed, normalizing their crit output to intended values.
The DC-17m Anti-Armor shot could not score Critical Hits and was not receiving damage bonuses that should apply to grenades. Both are fixed, making the Anti-Armor shot meaningfully more effective than at launch.
The A Life of Labor Talent’s second tier would infinitely accumulate its bonuses if repeatedly purchased. This is fixed and the Talent now works as described.
Overwatch had multiple misfires. It was triggering against units outside the targeting cone, causing enemies to fire through solid objects at operators they could not see, and producing various other unintended attacks. All confirmed Overwatch issues listed in the notes are addressed.

Star Wars Zero Company Patch 1.1 FAQ
1. What was the 100% chance-to-hit bug?
Shots displayed at 100% chance to hit were being internally recalculated to a lower value at the moment the attack resolved, meaning guaranteed hits could miss. This is now fixed and displayed chance values accurately reflect actual hit probability.
2. Were any abilities or weapons rebalanced in Update 1.1?
No. Update 1.1 is entirely bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements. No ability costs, damage values, or caps were changed.
3. Was the Beskar save deletion bug fixed?
Yes. Both the issue where Beskar saves were temporarily deleted and the crash issue specific to Beskar mode are fixed in Update 1.1.
4. How much stronger is Tel-Rea after the patch?
Tel-Rea’s Force attacks were applying the Ranged Damage Cross Training bonus twice, displaying incorrect damage in the UI, and failing to add Critical Damage bonuses correctly. All three are fixed, meaning her actual damage output was lower than both intended and displayed before the patch.
5. What was wrong with the DC-17m Anti-Armor shot before the patch?
The base damage calculation was broken in a way that prevented it from scoring Critical Hits and from receiving damage bonuses that should apply to grenades. Both are now fixed, making the Anti-Armor shot significantly more effective than it was at launch.
6. Were the Overwatch issues fully fixed?
The patch addresses multiple confirmed Overwatch problems: triggering against units outside the targeting cone, enemies firing through solid objects at Operators they could not see, and various other unintended attack triggers. Additional Overwatch edge cases may still be investigated in future patches.
