The dull shine of the adamantine promises this shield could take a thousand beatings – and still look as good as new.

Baldur’s Gate 3 Adamantine Shield Location

The Adamantine Shield can only be created by using the Shield Mould and Mithral Ore at the Adamantine Forge (X: -558 Y: 230) in Act 1. You can only collect two pieces of Mithral Ore in BG3, and therefore can only craft two items at the Forge.
