Baldur’s Gate 3 Surgeon’s Subjugation Amulet Location
The Surgeon’s Subjugation Amulet is found on Malus Thorm in the House of Healing (X: -201 Y: 49) during Act 2. To loot the amulet you must either kill him in a fight, or try to pass several dialogue checks to get him to kill himself.
The first dialogue check involves DC 14 Investigation, Religion, or Persuasion options. For the second dialogue check you must pass a DC 21 Persuasion check. And last, the third dialogue check will require you to pass a DC 21 Persuasion or Deception check.
