Illuminating Shot: Fire a shimmering bolt that inflicts 1 turn of Radiating Orb upon the target.
Proficiency with this weapon type unlocks:
- Piercing Shot: Deal regular damage and possibly inflict Gaping Wounds which cause extra damage on attacks.
- Brace (Ranged): Spend 6 m (20 ft) of your movement. For the rest of your turn, roll ranged damage twice and use the highest result.
A perfect system must be ruled by a keen eye – and any error foolish enough to rear its head afore the eye must be quickly, precisely, and totally eliminated. This crossbow can help with that.
