The Elite Hollow set pieces can only be found within chests inside the Kindlewastes Hollow Halls. The Kindlewastes are a level 20-30 region and require a Flame Level 5 to enter. The Kindlewastes Hollow Halls are to the northeast of the Ancient Spire and contain level 25 enemies.
